A contract between a guest and us when you have confirmed your trip on your choice .Once we share you the final confirmation with all the details as been committed you can share you id proof for the same confirmation once it is done we can processed for the Booking Processes.

Visa Services

We will be processing your visa with the respected embassy as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the grant or rejection of a user visa.


The normalitinerary can be customized according to your priorities. The final Confirmed itinerary and confirmed booking details will be sent to the Guest by mail prior to the departure. Friendly Tours N Travels do not guarantee that the site will be 100% accurate with the content, offers can vary according to the seasonal spikes and might not be suitable for your particular needs.

Payment Options

The payment options available at Friendly Tours N Travels are Credit card/ Debit card, Cash, NEFT/RGTS, and trusted wallet payments. The chosen transaction mode will be communicated at the time of fulfilment as per the availability.

Cancellation and Refund Policy


  • Booking Cancellations prior 30 days to the actual arrival date will have no charges, We will deduct 10% total package cost as Service charges + bank charges.
  • In case of cancellation, a mail communication must be received by the Guest on or before the release/cut off period as mentioned in Final Confirmation.
  • To cancel a confirmed package within 30 days of actual date of arrival, no shows and early departures, 100% of the total package will be charged as retention.
  • Amendments of dates or name changes before 25 days of actual date of arrival will be considered as a cancellation and charges will be as per the cancellation policy. This excludes departure date extension.
  • In case The guest tested COVID-19 positive or lockdowns relating to Covid-19 the resort will amend the booking to Further date without any cancellation charge.
  • Peak Season is to refund the full amount if you are initiating the cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival. Any cancellations after this time period will be considered as a ‘No Show’ and no refund is applicable during the peak season which includes long weekends, Dussehra holidays, Pooja Holidays, Diwali Holidays and Christmas New Year Holidays (15th December to 10th January)


Payments will be refunded by through online transactions within a minimum of 15 working days from the date of receipt.
